Entity profile for one SEC filer: legal name, CIK, SIC industry code, state of incorporation, fiscal year end, former names, exchanges and addresses, plus insider-filing flags.
Recent 8-K material events with the reporting ITEM CODES parsed out of the filing body (2.02 results, 5.02 officer change, 1.01 material agreement ...) - the field EDGAR does not expose.
Normalized headline financials. Equivalent XBRL tags are resolved across filers and every point is labelled quarter / ytd_half / ytd_nine_months / annual / instant, so cumulative and quarterly figures can never be silently compared against each other.
Federal money awarded to a named recipient, with the registration fragmentation made explicit. USASpending reports per REGISTRATION RECORD, not per company - one company routinely appears as many records under several name spellings, so reading a single row understates the total. Returns per-record rows, a disclosed name-normalized estimate, and the awarding-agency breakdown.
Institutional 13F holdings for one manager with quarter-over-quarter changes: new positions, full exits, increases and decreases, joined on CUSIP because issuer names change between quarters and are not a safe join key. Resolves managers by name as well as ticker, and reports a 13F-NT notice as a notice instead of an empty portfolio.
Normalized SEC Form 4 insider transactions for one issuer, with per-transaction buys/sells and a summary containing net buy/sell value plus a cluster_buy flag (true when 2+ distinct insiders bought within the window).
U.S. Senate Lobbying Disclosure Act filings for one named entity: total disclosed income and expenses, the issue codes lobbied on, government bodies targeted, individuals registered, and counterparties - a lobbying firm's client roster, or a client's hired firms. Normalizes the LDA issue code table and separates income from expenses, which are reported per filing and are not interchangeable. One entity per call.
Federal Register documents - final rules, proposed rules, notices and presidential documents - with the agency resolved from the abbreviation or name you would actually type, plus effective dates, comment deadlines and CFR parts. Includes the upstream match count so a capped page is never mistaken for the whole result set.
Composite sanctions and debarment screening for one name across eight lists: OFAC SDN and non-SDN, EU and UK consolidated, UN Security Council, HHS-OIG LEIE, SAM.gov federal exclusions (56 agencies) and World Bank debarment with ADB/EBRD/IDB/AfDB cross-debarments. Returns scored candidates with alias expansion and per-hit provenance. Reports 'similarity' (name closeness) separately from 'confidence' (trust as a determination).
Batch sanctions and debarment screening: screen up to 25 names in a single paid call against the same eight lists as the single-name route, returning a per-name verdict with provenance. Intended for onboarding and portfolio workflows where one call per name is impractical. Typical latency under 2 s; a pathological batch of very common names can take up to ~17 s, so allow a 30 s client timeout.
